Semantic Links

In Gramax, knowledge is connected by more than links inside text. Articles can be tagged with properties, gathered into views, tracked by incoming and outgoing links, and found by meaning

Strict connections, flexible work

The value of semantic links isn't the structure itself, but that the team loses context less often, duplicates knowledge less, and finds the right material faster. The knowledge base becomes not an archive of pages but a working system you can rely on every day

Fewer duplicates and versions

The same information is reused across scenarios without copying, and the team doesn't drift into different versions

A fast path to the right content

Employees find materials by topic, status, module, or customer without assembling an answer by hand from dozens of pages

Less manual upkeep across the base

Summaries, lists, and overview pages update themselves, so the team doesn't spend time maintaining documentation by hand

More trust in the knowledge base

When articles are connected meaningfully, the base becomes whole, and the team relies on it more instead of asking colleagues

How it works in Gramax

Describe articles with properties, then see them by meaning — with views that recalculate on their own

Properties instead of links

Each catalog can define a set of properties: company, interview date, status, hypothesis, owner, and other fields. For the user it's a simple interface, and under the hood the values are saved in the file

Tables, lists, and boards

The same articles can be shown not only by the catalog tree but by meaning: grouped by company, role, or status. Change a property in an article, and the view recalculates automatically

All links under control

Each article shows where it links and which materials link back to it. This helps maintain navigation, build meaningful connections between knowledge, and depend less on manual linking

Automatic updates

When an article changes, all views that show it recalculate automatically. This helps keep data current and frees you from manual tables and index pages
