Workspace tools
Available only in Gramax Enterprise Server.
In a space you can keep shared fragments and templates — once for the whole space, not in every catalog separately. Edit them in workspace tools — the update appears in every catalog where they are already inserted.
Open workspace tools
On the home page, click the profile icon.
Select Workspace tools.
A catalog opens with the Fragments and Templates sections.
Fragments and templates are edited like regular articles: add an item to the section you need, fill in the content, and publish the changes. For more, see the articles on catalog fragments and templates.
Use a space fragment or template
In the fragment or template picker, items are grouped: Catalog — from the current catalog, Space — shared across the whole space. Choose from either group.
