Collaboration
Collaboration in Gramax is based on asynchronous editing.
Synchronous Editing: This refers to real-time online collaboration, where users can see each other's changes and cursors (like the «anonymous capybaras» in Google Docs).
Asynchronous Editing: Each person works on their own copy of the file and later synchronizes changes with the rest.
Asynchronous editing is ideal when offline access is needed or when focused, distraction-free work is a priority, enhancing productivity. If the same line is edited by multiple users, Gramax provides tools to compare changes and choose whether to accept, reject, or modify them.
