Sign-in for External Users
Mail server setup is required if your documentation portal is used by both company employees and external users. The mail server sends a one-time code to the reader's email, which they use to sign in and view directories.
Requirements
Gramax does not provide an SMTP server - you must deploy and configure it yourself.
Mailbox used for outgoing emails (for example,
no-reply@yourdomain.com).SMTP access from your mail provider/hosting (or corporate mail service).
Setup
Open Gramax Enterprise Server admin panel and go to Mail server tab.
Set sender address - the value shown in the "From" field.
Set SMTP server address of your provider.
Set SMTP port (for example, 587).
Set SMTP login (full mailbox email) and password.
