A test in Gramax is a set of question blocks placed directly inside an article. Readers complete the test on the same page where the editor added the questions.

Create a test

Step 1. Create an article with a test

Add a question block. In the bottom toolbar, select Tools → Question block.

Step 2. Configure the question

  1. Select the question type:

    • Single choice (the correct answer is marked with a radio button).

    • Multiple choice (correct answers are marked with checkboxes).

  2. Mark the correct answer(s).

  3. If needed, make the question required.

  4. Configure test passing criteria in the article settings:

    1. Required number of correct answers to pass.

    2. Show correct answers after completion.

  5. Publish the article. Once published, the test becomes available on the portal. Readers see the questions directly in the article — at the locations where you placed the question blocks — and complete the test on the page.

Take a test

Tests in Gramax run directly inside the article: questions appear in the text and can be answered immediately after opening the page. The test is available to all catalog readers.

Step 1. Select answers

The test may contain different question types. Select answers for all required questions before submitting.

Step 2. Submit answers

Go to the last question and click Submit answers.

After submission, the behavior depends on the test configuration:

  • If correct/incorrect answer display is enabled, answers are highlighted (showing correct and incorrect ones).

  • If disabled, no visual changes may appear after submission.

The test cannot be retaken until a new version is published (for example, an updated article with changed questions or settings).

View results

Results can be viewed by users with access to space settings.

Step 1. Open the results list

In the admin panel, go to Modules → Training and open the test results section (results table). The table shows:

  • Email of the user who took the test.

  • Test name.

  • Test version (creation date).

  • Completion date.

Step 2. Find the result you need

Use filters to quickly find a specific user or test. Available filters:

  • By test name.

  • By user email.

Step 3. View completion details

To see how a user answered the questions:

  1. Click the relevant row in the results table.

  2. A modal window opens showing:

    • All test questions.

    • Correct answers and the user's answers for each question.

    • Pass/fail outcome.

    • Number and percentage of correct answers.
