Notion

You can transfer sections from Notion into Gramax and then publish them as catalogs in your Git storage. Gramax preserves all formatting and hierarchy, as well as all Database-type tables.

Import is available only in the desktop version of Gramax with VPN enabled.

Import a Workspace

  1. On the homepage, click Add Catalog, and then Import.

  2. Add your Notion account as a source.

  3. Select the workspace you wish to transfer to Gramax.

  4. Click Import—a catalog will be created in Gramax from the Notion workspace.

  5. Finally, publish it to your storage.

Check Elements

Gramax transfers all compatible features and elements from Notion. Known limitations include:

  • Mentions (people and dates) and collapsible headings are imported as plain text.

  • Header trees are not transferred; instead, Gramax offers a header overview in the right-hand panel.

  • Breadcrumbs are not imported and are displayed above the article's header in Gramax.

  • Database tables: All elements are matched with compatible properties in Gramax. However, the title and Button properties are not transferred.

After the transfer, we recommend checking the catalog. To do this, click Error Check in the right panel and review which elements did not transfer.
