Working in Chat
How to give the agent tasks, transcribe audio, and work with sessions and web search.
How it works
You enter a request in the agent panel.
The agent does the task: reads files, searches the catalog, recognizes audio and images. In the app it also creates, edits and moves articles.
The result appears in the chat. A text answer appears as plain text, and each action as a separate card with its status. Several consecutive actions are grouped into one block — expand it to see the details.
The catalog navigation updates right after articles are created, deleted or moved.
Audio transcription
Attach an audio or video file to a message — for example, a call recording or a voice note — and ask the agent to transcribe it. The agent recognizes the speech and can, for example, turn the text into an article. Supported formats: MP3, M4A, WAV, FLAC, OGG, OPUS, WebM, MP4, MOV, AVI and MKV.
Sessions
Each dialog is a separate session. It is not interrupted when you switch catalogs or close the agent panel. You can run several sessions at once: the agent works in them in parallel.
Session list — click Chat history in the panel header. To start a new session, click New chat.
Search across sessions — enter a query in the Search by name and content field. Click a result to open the session and scroll the chat to the found message.
Stop — click Stop, and the agent stops even if it is in the middle of an action.
Web search
The agent can answer using information from the internet — for example, when you need the latest version of a library. To allow this, turn on the web search switch in the agent panel.
Web search is available in the desktop app only.
